This produces a lot of chips in a very short time, which are difficult to remove from the process. Chips remain on the workpiece during milling and are difficult to remove. The RF 100 Speed solves this problem thanks to its innovative chip breaker: it breaks the chips short and thus ensures a smooth chip removal with the HPC machining. The chips can be removed more easily, especially with internal contours and cavities, thus creating advantages in process reliability.
