Shrink fit chuck
TSG 3000
Simple handling, precise results
The shrink fit chuck guide ring achieves an optimum connection between shrink fit chuck and shank tool. The special shrink fit technology enables a quick and easy tool change cycle. The temperature indicator and the PVD coating ensure a long life of the shrink fit chuck.

Hydraulic chuck

Clamp small diameters directly into the chucks
The tool holder HMC 3000 offers optimum conditions for high machining speeds. With the hydraulic expansion chuck technology, tools with shank diameters smaller than 6 mm can be clamped directly for the first time. This enables maximum precision and flexibility for a wide range of applications.

Radial and axial inaccuracies during threading jeopardise the quality of the components. With the GühroSync, Gühring offers a synchronous threading clamping chuck that combines the advantages of the hydro-expansion and synchronous clamping chucks and optimally compensates for machine deviations.

GühroSync as a solution from Gühring
The problem definition:
Radial and axial deviations can occur at various points during threading. On the one hand, the synchronisation of the rotary and feed axes decreases due to wear. On the other hand, there may be load peaks and dimensional changes. Increasing speeds also increase the dynamic load in the axial and radial direction.
The solution:
- the tool holder GühroSync then takes over the vibration damping
- as a synchro chuck, it compensates for differences in the thread pitch
- the tapping chuck also compensates for load peaks and prevents a heat-loaded machining
