for participation in the prize draw for 20 x €50 vouchers for the Gühring online shop
This prize draw is not related to Instagram and is not sponsored or organised by Instagram in any way. Questions about the prize draw should not be directed to Instagram. The information provided will be used exclusively for the prize draw.

Prizes
The following prizes will be presented to randomly selected participants:
20 x €50 vouchers for the Gühring online shop (https://webshop.guehring.de/en/)
Pre-requisites
- Follow guhring_kg on Instagram.
- Take a picture at our EMO photo spot and show your sharpest smile.
- Upload it to your Instagram feed and tag it with #iamsharp.
Selection and notification of winners
At the end of the competition period, the aforementioned prize will be raffled off at random. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram on 29 September 2023. They have until 11:59 p.m. (CET) on 3 October 2023 to reply in accordance with the instructions contained in the prize notification. If the winner fails to respond in time, they shall not be entitled to claim the prize. A new winner will then be selected at random. The prize will be delivered by post. The fees incurred shall be covered by Gühring KG. Prizes may not be paid out in cash or in kind, nor may they be exchanged or transferred to other persons.
Terms and Conditions of Participation
All visitors to EMO 2023 are eligible to participate.
Participants are required to provide their surname, first name and an email address to take part in the prize draw. The address is only used to send the prize.
Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant agrees to the possible publication of his/her entry in relation to the prize draw and reporting on the draw.
Entries must not contain insults, false facts, infringements of competition, trademark or copyright law, etc. The person in violation shall be liable for any infringements.
Participation by Employees
The employees of Gühring KG and its subsidiaries can participate in this prize draw in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions.
Exclusion from Participation
- Comments that violate the Instagram guidelines, copyright and/or other legal provisions will be removed without notice after they have been acknowledged. Any person who violates these rules will automatically be excluded from participation in the draw.
- Gühring KG reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw who submit multiple entries, provide false information, use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation or an attempt to do so.
- Gühring KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw without notice due to unforeseen circumstances (in particular of a technical or legal nature).
- There is no entitlement to participate or to conduct the prize draw. If the conditions for exclusion are met, the prize can be retrospectively withdrawn or a prize that has already been delivered can be reclaimed.
Date Protection
Personal participant data provided will only be collected, processed and used for the purpose of conducting this prize draw and contacting the winner. This data will be treated as strictly confidential, will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes. All personal participant data will be deleted within 14 days of the end of the prize draw.
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, participants have the right to information at any time about their stored personal data, its origin, recipients and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. Participants can also contact the data protection officer of Gühring KG using the e-mail address datenschutz@guehring.de for further questions on the subject of personal data. Disclaimer
a.) Material defects and defects of title
aa.) No liability is assumed for material defects and/or defects of title caused by negligence.
bb.) This also applies to defects caused intentionally.
b.) Other forms of damage
Liability for negligent damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data or submissions, viruses or in any other way when participating in prize draws is excluded.
c.) The organiser shall not be liable for unlawful conduct by Instagram users and other persons who violate regulations.
Final Provisions
The organiser’s decision is final. The prize draw and terms and conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
