Controlled edition of your tools
The Gühring TM tool dispensing systems are characterised by their simple operation, optimal storage options as well as full transparency in consumption and cost allocation. The systems are controlled via the Gühring tool management software (GTMS). This means that all stock movements can be booked directly in the central GTMS database and are available in real time for administrative processes. An employee can only open the systems and remove a tool if he has previously booked the tool removal in the GTMS.

TM 326
The open drawer system
The TM 326 tool cabinet embodies a flexible storage solution and is therefore perfect for companies with a large variety of products or for managing small quantities. As the basic version of the Gühring dispensing systems, the TM 326 can also be expanded with other systems.
The TM 326 is a dispensing system with electronically locked drawers whose height and arrangement can be individually configured. This makes it ideal for storing many different products in smaller quantities. The drawers are equipped with LEDs and guide the user directly to the drawer in which the required article is stored. The TM 326 is available as a basic module with a computer, but also as an extension unit.
TM 426
The spiral system
The tool dispensing system TM 426 is the perfect solution for storing large quantities of compact tools in the smallest of spaces. This is because tools are stored in the spiral systems in a space-saving and absolutely secure way.
The TM 426 is a dispensing system with a spiral system that allows smaller articles to be removed in a controlled manner without searching. The required tools and products are dispensed via the spirals and an integrated transport lift at the top of the cabinet. The lift system is particularly advantageous for fragile products. When needed, the article falls through a removal chute and the machinist can remove it according to the FIFO principle. The TM 426 is available as a basic module with a computer, but also as an extension unit.
TM 526
The drawer system with full control
The tool dispensing system TM 526 is the ideal choice for storing tools and items with a high turnover rate and ensures maximum full transparency control over all goods movements. This model was therefore designed primarily for the tool management in large-scale batch production.
The TM 526 is a dispensing system with electronically locked drawers that reliably controls and records removals at item level. The individual drawers open step by step during application. This means that only the corresponding quantity is dispensed – shrinkage and theft are virtually impossible. Similar products are stored in one drawer and can be removed in larger quantities at the same time. The TM 526 is available as a basic module with a computer, but also as an extension unit.
TM 626
The weighing cell system
The TM 626 is the ideal dispensing system for small parts, aids and operating materials. But it can also be used to store liquid products in addition to general cargo. The integrated load cells immediately register exactly what has been removed and in what quantity and report the weight difference to the system.
Behind the hinged doors of the TM 626 (with or without viewing window) are up to 13 shelves with multiple storage locations, each of which is equipped with load cell technology. The integrated scales register each filling and removal of the storage locations without counting. Based on the weight differences, the system knows what has been removed and in what quantity. Bookings are made directly in the GTMS. Direct RFID access at the cabinet enables decentralised placement and can avoid long distances. The TM 626 can be combined with all dispensing cabinets.
TM 826
The carousel system
Thanks to its intelligent carousel system, the TM 826 enables the efficient storage of a wide range of parts and tools in a minimum of space. With its versatile application options, this tool dispensing system is ideal for a wide variety of articles, while ensuring 100 per cent control over the products dispensed.
No space for several cabinets in your production? Then the TM 826 is the perfect tool cabinet for you. Because the rotating cabinet system offers space for up to 987 storage locations inside. This means that a wide variety of articles can be stored in a small space, with a total load of up to 544 kg. The automated roller shutter of the cabinet is controlled by GTMS, which gives you 100% control over the article issued. The removal of tools or materials is possible round around the clock and takes less than 10 seconds. And if necessary, the cabinet reorders itself.
TM-Minibox
The compact solution
The TM-Minibox is a compact solution for the tool management that offers flexibility for both large series production and small businesses. Thanks to the option of decentralised placement, for example directly next to the machine, tools and other equipment are always ready to hand where they are needed.
The minibox has four drawers with front heights of 60 cm, 90 cm and 120 cm. Just like its “big brothers”, the drawers of the Minibox can be locked and unlocked electronically. This enables controlled tool dispensing and booking of tools directly at the Minibox. The benefits also range from seamless tracking of tool movements to automated order processing. All this makes the TM Minibox your simple starter pack for the digital tool management.
